  This hospital bills itself as a "Niche hospital dedicated to elder care." Nothing could be further from the truth. On Christmas night my 92 year old father experienced an uncontrollable nose bleed. He called 911 and the ambulance took him to Little Falls hospital. They packed his nose and wanted to send him to Cooperstown via ambulance but his blood pressure was too high for transport. So they sent him home with his cleaning lady. Great. He's too unstable to send anywhere in an ambulance and you won't keep him in the hospital so you SEND HIM HOME? WITH HIS CLEANING LADY?? How is this dedicated care?? You should be ashamed of yourself. You just didn't want to be bothered with an old man's problems on Christmas night. And when I tried to call the hospital to discuss this situation with them I was either put on hold for hours or sent straight to voicemail. Extremely unsatisfactory!!
